Upon regaining the “Hale” condition, those with Resilience Reservoir with regain all uses of it, though Armored Skin does not depend on it.
The character is covered by a naturally tough skin, hide, or fur. The PV for the species is persistent, and never changes. The armor cannot be removed, and has no resilience for it to be rendered useless. It has no Fit/ENC value and never needs repair – it is part of the physiology of the species. Unless noted, it can be used in addition to other Layered armors (having multiple Layered armors in effect).

Character’s physiology and mental processes allow for faster assimilation of communication faculties. Their skills in their native spoken and literate forms of communication are considered overlapping ability (the CP cost for literacy in a language is halved if the spoken level of the same is higher, and vice-versa). Note that this does not grant literacy automatically, just reduces the cost by half.
