Vale Evander
The Vale was once a domain of the elves of Ynth. After it fell, it was known as Vale of Ther-Arliet. Some of the wizards dwelling in Vale Evander send expeditions into The Southlands with their apprentices looking for Osrician Wood.
This territory is considered Dominion of the High King Lands means the rulers have given the Sworn Oath of High King’s Service to the High King of the Steel Realms. As with all allies of and lands under the Dominion of the High King, this locale is subject to the Realms Levy.
Permission to Travel in Ynth for Outsiders: This is usually arranged in the outreach of the Vale Evander and only along accepted trade routes escorted by The Tree Guard.

The Wintern Sash of Ther-Arliet
From the moment of the death of the last dragon of the Eisht-Pahk Clan, the skies above the vale were altered forever. By CY 5200, each hundred years or so on the marking day of the clans final death the skies light up at night with a twinkling blue-white shroud over 200 miles long, lasting for 3 to 6 days. As time has passed, it is longer between its appearance, nowadays taking place every 106 years and for no more than 5 days now.
