Education is a factor of society, and therefore will e depending on setting. Severe afflictions (physical or mental conditions) or social circumstances may preclude the character participating in some elements, depending on the culture and society.
Social Integration: If the education is typical of formal institutions and done in groups, characters possessing lower than average Charisma should gain a minor increase as social skills are part of the general process as well.
Scholarship: Scholarship through Lores, and skill/trait features.
Reasoning: General intelligence and Critical Thinking.
