Pervasive Education (primary levels)

This is part of a formal education structure. It is possible for formal education to include materials leaving its recipients ill-educated. Primary Education is often associated with the Child part of Character Lifecycle. Formal education is integrated as part of society and at the time of Character Inception, a Primary Education does not add to their starting age.

Social Integration: IF the education is typical of formal institutions and done in groups, characters possessing lower than average Charisma should gain a minor increase as social skills are part of the general process as well.
