Bio:
Created by the wizard “Varyn Condail”, an expert in biological processes, perhaps the greatest medical man to exist in the steel realms.
Several of theses rings were made, and eventually led to the death of Condail, as he had used his own essence and life force to power the rings and when a virulent disease ravaged his city his system could not handle it.
The rings have been passed along noble families and even recreated several times. While not common, they have become frequent among medics in service to nobility.
GM Secrets
Un-common knowledge
Most rings are just lesser rings of healing and will not affect RS adjustments or advanced procedures. Only the originals are capable of affecting anything beyond simple medicine.
The lesser rings them selves have been copied and become an even shoddier version.
