Natural Potential
All “Natural” potentials, unless acquired thorugh some unique in-game circumstances, can only be acquired with the following limitations:
- Require the expenditure of Essence, and possibly Character Points.
- Must be taken at the time of Character Inception.
- Any natural potential must be allowed by the character’s physiology.
