A character may perform one or more activities within a block of time and movement by what is allowed in their Action Economy. Time is an aspect of Activity, and creates the constraints of Action Economy.
Its a small thing, done either concurrent or takes only a fraction of a second. Interacting with 1 object, using a trigger/command word, shouting or speaking up to 5 words, giving a hand gesture, and performing a 1 movement measure (5’/3m) movement adjustment on a target the character is engaged with (they must remain engaged). Characters with a Kinetic Aptitude of 3 or higher get an extra free action.
