Forest of Mharyl
in the Fallen East, in what was once the kingdom of ____. It is a massive escarpment, rising out of a low hill range, curling in on itself. The streams here still flow with cleaner water than anywhere else in the Dark lands except the underground rivers. The lake and streams that were once resplendent with wildlife, and grasses, grains, and huge colonies of bees with some of the best honey the world has ever known is now a muddy, desolate wasteland.
The edges and heavily logged interior of this forest have grown at an accelerated rate (debilitated from the dark land effects) in different areas since around CY 8500 – believed to be part of the effects of The Odyssey of Elancil’s Wound.
