Settlement Upbringings are a form of Experience Expressions. These are EARLY upbringings – generally a character cannot have more than 1 or 2 upbringings of the same age bracket of upbringing experiences. Upbringings are not a developed Pathway or Calling. Most Settlements will have a general Settlement Upbringings associated with them.
