A character’s base capability in this skill may not exceed that of their same capability in Light Armor Familiarity.
BOUNDED: All Skills and Traits are limited indirectly by a character's Frame of Reference & direct experience; A character with Proficiency may Appraise objects, tools, and processes related to this Feature.
