Incarna Skills

A skill is a Feature of Incarna in which the competency in the related materials is purchased using CP and follows a progress through multiple levels. The level at which the skill is practiced is measured in the skill base level, plus modifiers.

BOUNDED: All Skills and Traits are limited indirectly by a character's Frame of Reference & direct experience; A character with Proficiency may Appraise objects, tools, and processes related to this Feature.

Foundational for capability such as Features (Skills, Traits, etc.), Meditation & Aptitudes acquired with CP or Essence.
