Regardless, there is always a parent-child relationship established through a fettering. The parent vampire will always have some degree of control over the child, and the child will always possess some degree of fealty towards the parent.
Fettered living victims no longer age. Their is a slight disadvantage to being fettered. Being that a portion of your being is fettered, your experiences tend to be less vivid and achieve a lower acuity within your memory. All CP gains from experience are halved (minimum 1) whilst fettered.
