High above the caves and tunnels that lead into Tar-Utsuo is a cave sacred to the troglodytes that speaks with the voice of one of the White Dragons. This warns them when the minions of the Lich Lords are making their way over the mountain. The brother and sister ___ harber thoughts of revenge on everyone for the death/retreat of their older sister that was the clan matron. From here they have built a small cult of Ilbarsi Hill folk outcastes, Troglodytes, and even Dwarven outcastes. Together they have built a small fortress inside the cave. There is a spring and geo thermal heat all year round. Cave mana and other materials the dragons help grow sustain them. This location bears the Frost-Melded mark an ancient encounter with the Dragon of Rhyl.
They number about 200, not including the Troglodytes themselves.

Eagle Vale is the western gap between North Pines and the Rhyl Forest. It consists of a few stands of woods still, and a Vale bordered by hills and rivers. It is the NW Grant of the Rhylan Grants in the North Rhyl Forest and used to be one of the ancient Kingdoms of Old Rhylan. This location bears the Frost-Melded mark an ancient encounter with the Dragon of Rhyl.

Greyfeather Lake is a long lake on the north edge of the Enthavelaugh Weald in the Gaur Dinuae Forest, collecting runoff from the Tolkisson Mountain Range. It is considered as part of the Weald, and the defenses of the Weald, including warning markers, are present. It is 35km long and about 4km at its widest point. It has a mysterious deep stretch of over 122m deep and a mean depth of 38m. This location bears the Frost-Melded mark an ancient encounter with the Dragon of Rhyl.
Many tributaries feed into this lake, but the one of most important it the winding Spring Serpent Trail.
Strange rituals are said to be carried out here.

Jumpford Jumpford.. stream through center you can jump. This is a sprawling settlement that is mostly just a nexus of minor trade routes, one a raised area of land of an open plain – giving good vantage and preventing flooding in off seasons. The Rock of Hoarthedyn is a large hill of about 90 acres that sits amidst the capital City of Rhylan in The Grand Duchy of Rhyl. The rock is the larger of the 2 jagged hills Rhylan is built around (Reethedyn and Hoarthedyn). This hill was once the lair of the dragon that ruled these lands over six thousand years ago.
