The Primal Cycle of Fear is a Steel Realms Timeline Event; recorded knowledge. The existence of the cycle is known only to a few, knowledge of it is rare. The cycle is core to events in the current times, but runs back for thousands of years.
Fear makes people feel their own mortality, and in turn sense eternity. Fear is sweet. Fear is sustenance. Fear is etched in blood. Fear lurks behind every unknown, and begets terror at every decision. Terror is the harbinger of madness.

Ceith East is one of the Three Blades of Ceith Grebatain in the Haivelaugh Weald – watching and scouting for incursions from any enemies in the area. This is a leaning tower made of woven living grass 40’ high. It has no windows, doors, or floors unless the inhabitants create one. There is a Shrine to Darupet here.
ONLY those from The Grand Duchy of Rhyl are eligible to serve at any of the Three Blades of Ceith Grebatain when contributing to the Realms Levy.
Features and forms within the tower are formed at the command of the inhabitants inside using a special Ritual.
Each typically is home to several swarms of insects, bats, and/or crows under control of the inhabitants; None of these interact with each other s long as the tower inhabitants keep them fed or send them off to feed elsewhere – i.e. they are not hungry and inclined to eat.
Deep in all Elven Wealds of Rhyl, the locations of Tell Cunetha & Houska Castle, and the Three Blades of Ceith Grebatain have a Call Stone as well for the Har Cunetha.
This place is a traditional office and sanctuary for the Heralds of the Har Cunetha. Any records produced here are copied and taken for safe keeping within the Haivelaugh Weald. These places are typically warded and capable of being essentially a ‘panic room’ for the tower.

Kalurian Craft & Artistry in the Steel Realms has a few unique elements to it, but they are just as capable as any other highly sentient Species in making items and equipment. Of course their places of crafting.making and the gear they make are all sized for them. Only smaller, more specialized crafts create items to sell to other species.
The Klaurians practice horse hair pottery art, burning patterns into ceramics. Theirs in particular, using their own hair and other elements found in the lands of and surrounding their home in North Pines, make for some very unique effects, scents, and colors. Their pottery flasks are well known to be conducive to handling the transport and storage of natural/botanical medicinal supplies for longer before spoiling. The crafters at 10 stacks are the only ones to compete with the Klaurian horse hair flasks for medical materials storage efficacy. Both also make cups and flasks that give off a scent (Scent-Release Pottery) when they are heated (this effect lasts about a year of regular use).
All Ducal Estate(s) of Rhylan have artwork from Kalurian Silverpoint Artists and Elven Silverpoint Artisans.
