Reedbed Onions are often referred to as magical onions, but while special are mundane. They are grown on The Salt Shore of Lake Caolite in the Grand Duchy of Rhyl. It has taken millennium to perfect their breeding, but they are naturally well preserved especially in the colder northern climes – lasting for 8 months after harvest.
These are tended by the necromancer’s order of House Narcosa and sold on the Salt Shore and trade town there. There is said to be a special treatment they offer, requiring salt from the locale cured in the necromancer’s hall in addition to the blood of the person eating it; People think it has fluids from dead people and so wont do it. Many people bring on a retch or gag reflex thinking about it and cannot do it. This is psycho-somatic, as best as can be determined.
These onions can be used as a Goodberry 1 time per person equal to their Constitution score. If total > current con, it wont work.

Katashet’s Reflection is the Preceptory for the order of The Stonelights in the City of Rhylan. It was a fortified compound on the east edge of the city, set to catch the light of the rising sun. It now lies in ruins with the collapse of the order 2000 years ago. Because of its association with the elder days of kingship in Rhyl, the old houses have refused to let it be taken down and the land reused. It is overgrown and not maintained.
It has been well-searched over and over. It was looted when the order first fell, and despite multiple attempts to find a hidden chamber and the once famous crystal skull of the order, it has never been found and most now feel that it never existed and the order was a just a playground for noble’s sons with too much time on their hands.

Transients often find shelter here.

The group known as The Stonelights was a order of ‘patriots’ that operated in the north heartlands of Rhyl to exemplify the courage and dedication of the nobility in bygone times. They were all warriors, originally based out of The City of Correl, in Meargensdale Vale. Eventually they created a Preceptory in Rhylan and made it their headquarters.
Affiliated with Lightbringers: They took their name supposedly from a Stone of Light discovered by its founders and rumored to give unnatural courage and valor to those who basked in its light. The Lightbringers themselves never claimed them or associated with them in any official capacity.
Espoused Doctrine: The sect of The Stonelights was based on the value of the ancient Kingdoms of old Rhylan, though in memoriam and as a place for their second and third sons to find purpose in. They often functioned as genealogists and record keepers of bloodlines for this.

Establishment of the Grand Duchy of Rhyl, fiefdom of the Kingdom of Gladnor > CY 6514
The group known as The Stonelights was a order of ‘patriots’ that operated in the north heartlands of Rhyl to exemplify the courage and dedication of the nobility in bygone times. They were all warriors, based out of The City of Correl, in Meargensdale Vale. They took their name supposedly from a Stone of Light discovered by its founders and rumored to give unnatural courage and valor to those who basked in its light.
They were founded in approximately CY 6528 in Doneels Stable.
They were seen as a form of a local knightly order, though they tended to wear less expensive and lighter armor than most knights.

The group was broken when it took offense to a wealthy merchants daughter as a practicing witch and held her captive. The merchant assembled a mercenary force and showed no mercy, hunting down and killing as many as he could around CY 7000.
In CY 6739 the order had the Preceptory of Katashet’s Reflection built in the City of Rhylan. They moved into it in CY 6741.
Each member has a large Skull Ring made of the highest grade of pure silver.
The daughter was never found, their headquarters was sacked, their treasure was never recovered and only a few were rumored to have survived – disavowing the order and its precepts.
Those of the Vhym’s Valiant Visions sect were known to cite the Stonelights as an inspiration.
Their council met in a room in Katashet’s Reflection with a round table named “Aruantor” (said to be made from the wood of a World-Tree of the Wyld). Each of the Kingdoms of old Rhylan would be represented by at least one member of their noble descendants. Embedded in the great meeting table center was a crystal skull, under which a light shone upwards creating a menacing and bewitching spectacle.

Rhyl has an ancient history of strife and conflict reflected in its structure of multiple kingdoms – this is reflected in Institutions of Rhyl. Part of this included several orders and groups that have ceased to be in Rhyl and are now defunct. These are deeply rooted in the Culture, Education, Institutions, and Traditions of Rhyl.
