The Criminal Presence in Rhyl is considered part of the backdrop of normal Institutions of Rhyl, though at odds often with the Law and Legal Procedures in Rhyl. Although slightly more subdued, it follows many practices of the general Criminal Organizations of The Realms. No organization wants to draw too much attention to themselves as a destabilizing or chaotic influence to the detriment of The Red March and the constant battle against the Lich Lords forces at North Gate Garrison. Despite repeated attempts, the Criminal Presence in Rhyl has never been able to restrict access to or control the Mushrooms of Rhyl.
The Commerce, Trade, and Items of Note in Rhyl also has clandestine high risk trade with Kaald, through the Tolkisson Mountain Range; Typically it is handled through the Tea Lodges of Rhyl and/or the Criminal Presence in Rhyl.
Despite repeated attempts, the Criminal Presence in Rhyl has never been able to restrict access to or control the Mushrooms of Rhyl.
A few outsiders, like the Runnel Rats of the Northern Merchant Cities, have a presence within criminal operations in the Duchy.

The Gangs of Klyben maintain a very delicate balance with being useful smugglers and petty theft, but do not draw attention to themselves as a destabilizing or chaotic influence to the detriment of The Red March and the constant battle against the Lich Lords forces at North Gate Garrison. They only operate out of the City of Klyben in The Grand Duchy of Rhyl.
Shrine to Irrigi? In rhyl, the center of trade is the City of Klyben and it is almost certain that a shrine to Irrigi – The Grasper of the Found Baubles can be found in the Klyben Sewers, paid homage to buy the few small gangs of criminal operation here.
The gangs stay away from the competing Occultists organizations: The Ten Box Chemists (Rhylander Green Conjurists) and Quizman’s of Klyben.
The Ghost of Nehemiah is seen in the Klyben Sewers by the Gangs of Klyben as well.

Kythia’s Soulbreath is the “Bent Flower” of the Haivelaugh Weald that is grown in its Schan-Karr. It is an actual flower that appears as a dark blue marigold-like flower. It is harvested for its properties and sold at high cost for its Threshold Effect – all which the rulers, elite, and Keepers of the Schan-Karr of the Weald here have. The effects are relaxing and bring on a deep rejuvenating sleep with pleasant dreams.

Fremlie Fold is the “Bent Flower” of the Enthavelaugh Weald that is grown in its Schan-Karr. It is a mushroom that appears as a purple and pink alien fungus. It is harvested for its properties and sold at high cost for its Threshold Effect – all which the rulers, elite, and Keepers of the Schan-Karr of the Weald here have. When used during sex, the imbiber becomes sexually violent (deviant acts of sadomasochism are performed) and if they remember them, has vivid & powerful hallucinations during orgasm. It is addictive. It enhances fertility under optimal circumstances.

Commerce, Trade, and Items of Note in Rhyl is a well documented and managed part of Culture, Education, Institutions, and Traditions of Rhyl. The only area the North Merchant Cities trading interests step lightly in is the Grand Duchy of Rhyl – the stability of the flow of goods and soldiers along The Red March is priority for fighting the Lich Lords at North Gate Garrison. Disrupting this has caused entire houses and organizations to be wiped out – its stability is paramount and enforced by The High King’s elite force of Black Gorgon guards from The Autumn Wall and the High Priestess of Aerna in the Capital City of Rhylan.
Heart of Trade: The city of Klyben centralizes and is a crossroads of Commerce, Trade, and Items of Note in Rhyl with the flow of goods and factions of the Council of Rhylan are constantly struggling for more control in this place.
Loans & Banks: The Bank of the Silver Stacks clashes with Klyben Trading Guild (most of the money lending and loans is done through them in Rhyl). The families for the Rhylan Grants are said to have secreted fortunes and loan money locally as well. All transactions are recorded and tracked per Law and Legal Procedures in Rhyl. In the County of Dunaise, Letiy Mineit Lending House is a female-oriented group assisting women in business.
In addition to trade in eastern Rhyl, Norblan Hostelers and Haulers operate several hostels in major towns and cities east of The Red March.
These are the registered Trade Organizations/Institutions of the Realms within the Territories and Fiefdoms of Rhyl.
The selling of mystical items is mostly limited to these purveyors, unless one is a member of a specific order or faith. The proliferation and sale of powerful items outside the efforts of The Red March and defending North Gate Garrison is heavily frowned upon. They have been known to provide services to make Bonnet Cap Mix from the Mushrooms of Rhyl for those seeking a boost, but do not harvest it themselves.
The construction projects of Rhyl generally pull from the same quarries. The mining and quarrying of resources in these places has no central control or administration – though some are owned and operated by a single company/owner. This is not a comprehensive list, as there are numerous small and local quarries, but these are the major ones running that can support commercial levels of output. A series of small aggregate quarries on the Bronzed-Edge Tableland are operated by the Kuernsi Umbakian family out of Clallums Cross.
