Chronicle of the Effect

Item Powers (common and Attuned) can be found under Common Knowledge tab.

Knowledge is broken down by ease of discovery/availability & Meticulous Record Keeping may improve usability; Any attempt to know more than what's Pervasive will require a reference, source, knowledge, check, or access to someone who can get or provide either of these. Specific Lores may increase the chance of knowing specific elements.

Common Knowledge / Easy Difficulty

Seeing it happen:

Almost imperceptibly you feel movement under your feet. The ground under feet becomes soft, and a stench fills the air all around you. A moldy, Fecund scent fills your lungs as the ground becomes a massive patch of moldy black decaying flesh under you as every living thing has its life pulled out of it. In an instant after, it is frozen with the chill of the grave – locking those not able to escape it effects in place. Those caught are soon stripped of their flesh and their skeleton stands, its gear hanging loosely from it. The cold retreats and the earth erupts as skeletons haul themselves out of the ground for an attack.

Uncommon Knowledge / Average Difficulty

Such areas are blighted, and require the efforts of the Reclamation of the Wyld.

This feature is part of Lich Lord’s Anger Manifest, delivered by The Hoarwind.

Scarce Knowledge / Hard Difficulty

The Hoarblight‘s source is in the power behind the Fangedfrost cold of the Lich Lords.

Rare Knowledge / Very Hard Difficulty

Wielding a Reavers Axe’s makes the holder immune to the worst of the Hoarblight.
