Six Spires Pass is the legendary “gateway to the west” when the east was held, before its fall to darkness. It gets its name from the 6 high peaks that frame it, 4 on the north, and 2 on the south side. The High King’s army now has a series of fortresses, keeps, and towers in the pass, on its flanks, and in the hills. These are the places constantly under siege by the Orrish and the forces of the Unholy Trio.
The Eastern Rampart is the series of fortresses staffed by the Realms Levy hold back the tide of the Orrish and the followers of the Unholy Trio. They are all found bordering the Tolkisson Mountain Range.

The Half Castles of Straff are a set of small fiefdoms in the low hills of the Tolkisson Mountain Range that border on the Duchy of N’Lokrha. Access to these fiefdoms are through the Duchy, though the incentive to take control over them is not to be under the control of the Duchy. Some of the castles and surrounding lands are controlled by half elven/Faerie blood descendants. A few have rotating control by knights of the Duchy. It is a strange set of conditions and alliances, perhaps the oddest in all the realms. The one thing they are unified by is the desire to kill the Orrish and protect their lands… a harsh existence makes a strong people.
The name of the lands all reflect the nature of the fortified capitals of the fiefdoms. In addition to castles, under them are fortifications tunneled into the rock, wrought with alarms, spells, and guards to prevent Orrish from directly tunneling under in into the fortified redoubts.
All of these territories are considered Dominion of the High King Lands means the rulers have given the Sworn Oath of High King’s Service to the High King of the Steel Realms. As with all allies of and lands under the Dominion of the High King, this locale is subject to the Realms Levy.

Ceith East is one of the Three Blades of Ceith Grebatain in the Haivelaugh Weald – watching and scouting for incursions from any enemies in the area. This is a leaning tower made of woven living grass 40’ high. It has no windows, doors, or floors unless the inhabitants create one. There is a Shrine to Darupet here.
ONLY those from The Grand Duchy of Rhyl are eligible to serve at any of the Three Blades of Ceith Grebatain when contributing to the Realms Levy.
Features and forms within the tower are formed at the command of the inhabitants inside using a special Ritual.
Each typically is home to several swarms of insects, bats, and/or crows under control of the inhabitants; None of these interact with each other s long as the tower inhabitants keep them fed or send them off to feed elsewhere – i.e. they are not hungry and inclined to eat.
Deep in all Elven Wealds of Rhyl, the locations of Tell Cunetha & Houska Castle, and the Three Blades of Ceith Grebatain have a Call Stone as well for the Har Cunetha.
This place is a traditional office and sanctuary for the Heralds of the Har Cunetha. Any records produced here are copied and taken for safe keeping within the Haivelaugh Weald. These places are typically warded and capable of being essentially a ‘panic room’ for the tower.
