The Lycanthropes of the Steel Realms form just as the normal Teeth Bearers of the iVerse. Many of the most powerful followers – agents – of divine numinous spirits of the animals of the Wyld Faith have embraced its most powerful primal aspects and are of the ranks of the classic were-creatures.
They are often perceived as having succumbed to a feral darkness (though well deserved – their animal viciousness and lack of mercy are hallmarks), like the elves that have gone faey. Druids are known to be able to sense them, though for many mystical devices and powers they show only as a natural beast. Those who willingly take upon themselves “the bite” – the mark of the Lycanthrope, no power which removes curse will work. For those unwillingly cursed, it is fueled by amplified power of the great spirits and the ability to remove the curse is not guaranteed.
Hard to Kill: Upon Helca, even in their humanoid form without The Fury, when within running water they are resistant to normal weapon damage. However, silver weapons always do full damage when they hit in either form.

Remove Curse requires DC 15 charisma save and must be ritualized. After each failure, the normal Alignment/Code of Conduct will shift to that of what the bestial form is stereo-typically known for. Once it reaches it, the target will no longer want to have the curse removed and will fight. Every attempt thereafter is at Disadvantage and does a cumulative d10 acid damage.
