A training regimen is a set of exercises that energize physical health and mental focus, bringing a clarity and honed edge to skills and powers. Regimens can only be practiced for benefit during a time when the practitioner is unfettered and fresh. A character must begin their regimen undamaged/”Hale“, staying this way for the entire training duration. A character may use a Character Weave to accomplish the regimen’s shift immediately.
