Pervasive Overview:

Darius Barlogue was a powerful, powerful Necromancer. Although the Barlogue Blackguild order founded on his work is dominantly necromantic in its origins, it includes all schools of the occult, including a smattering of alchemy and occult item crafting. At one point around CY 8000 (the exact date is not agreed upon), the order was almost destroyed by the another order that had no formal presence in the Steel Realms, but the leadership was taken up by a coven of foreigners and has remained strong, though low key, ever since.
