Ring of Vorr
The Ring of Vorr was worn by Vorr – a minor magus from the Vale Evander who got famous by joining the pirates of Scrape and raiding the crescent lands and borderlands. While he was not a formal members of the dragon pirate’s crew, he was known to be associated with the Dread of Vesicant and worked as a spy for her interests inland.
The Ring of Vorr was destroyed by the avatar of Ssissllenn after the Hunting Mendollin chronicle in CY 2-9169.
The Ring of Vorr is a very simple make, actually quite common to the ancient time it was fashioned in. It pre-dates the Sea-Kings themselves, who took it from an ancient tribal settlement on the Implin peninsula. Its well worn and nondescript.

Vorr was a minor magus from the Vale Evander who got famous by joining the pirates of Scrape and raiding the crescent lands and borderlands. While he was not a formal members of the dragon pirate’s crew, he was known to be associated with the Dread of Vesicant and worked as a spy for her interests inland.
Onboard the Black Tortoise, his captain was a man named Jakes. They sailed into the dangerous southern waters around the Horn of Ahmet. In addition to the normal pirating, they were known to seek the ancient treasures of the Sea-Kings. The ring was a find during one of their expeditions in CY 7014. Vorr and his crew was finally taken by raiders from the Storm Coast in 7023. The ring made its way inland in north in a series of trades and adventures and eventually was taken by Magus Ian Brece. It was given to his pupil Quiron Mastabal, who settled in the Duchy of Fandelok. It has kept its name, despite its owner.

Common Effects: The ring’s wearer has a separate pool of 10 mana they can use any time. This pool regenerates at a rate independently of the wearer. Unlike other rings of its kind,
if the wearer is an Occultist (an ancient martial mystic order now vanished), it regenerates at twice as fast. Only one mana can be used per round.
Learned Transfer: The wielder can learn a ritual that will transfer the mana in the ring to the wielder all at once.

The Ring of Vorr was destroyed by the avatar of Ssissllenn after the Hunting Mendollin chronicle in CY 2-9169. Dalcia Graf-Malor of House Malor and the herald Cal Warington of the Earl of Bar-Innis, and senior Herald Aila Vii of the Duke of Dunstrand all witnessed it destroyed in the snake avatars’ gullet.
