Gathered from outsider records are the journey of their exodus from the Fhayl Forest, but little is known beyond this.

Commonly Presented History: The Folk of Bronze came from a lost place the south, perhaps hidden in the long grasses of the Pale Plains, perhaps a hidden vale in Fhayl somewhere. Some even say they were hillfolk from the Tolkisson Range, long forgotten from the founding days of the Blood of Saemon and finally driven out by the dark gods. Regardless, they were a folk who traveled into Dunstrand Vale from the south, clashing with forces of Gladnor, the territory of Fandelk (what would become the High Barony of Fandelok), and The Kingdom of Umbak and the inhabitants of Dunstrand Vale fighting to settle it against the Sea-King powers which were making their way up the Nanford River like they did the Beyne River to the north. They fought the Sea-Kings to a stand still after The Sundering. The terrible battles between them destroyed the cultures of both, with both able to control animals in different ways. The spawning beds of the empire were shattered and broken forever. The Yvaldeysean Empire broke into parts and only Gwinn was left intact far to the south. The people of the bronze tribes were scattered and assimilated. It is thought a few enclaves of pure bloodline exist in isolated pockets. The folk were insular and xenophobic, and never shared their own history or tales with outsiders – their origins and purpose have been lost to the mists of history.

True Campaign Summary

Deep in the center heart of the Forest of Ur Fahyl (the Fahyl forest as it was known thousands of years ago to the folk who were known as Bronzemen) lay the territory known as Amarga. Amarga was the self-sufficient home of the Folk of Bronze, hidden from the world for a reason: To keep their ideals, their pride, their worth and their way of life as pure as possible. There was only one safe way to seek and find this place – through the Dimmerlane. A harsh snaking path overshadowed by massive trees that they had created and that few passed on. These people had been isolated, as part of the Celestine Great Plan. The folk eventually left their ancient home, drove north fighting their way, came to Dunstrand Vale and fought the Sea-King empire to a stand-still, ending their expansion after The Sundering. Their sacrifice was the final blow that eventually collapsed the Sea-King Empire. In turn, the folk of Bronze faded away eventually through a series of losses which destroyed their tribes and scattered them.
