Earth Sense is an Elemental Sense which is a Super Sensory capability that reads an area or event (not an entity) through filters of perception and understanding – either conscious or innate faculties. The character is able to sense the properties and qualities of an area of earth and stone, as well as understand events witnessed or exposed to that are related to it. without appropriate scientific knowledge, results cannot be expressed in such terms, though an intuitive sense of relative information can be gained. Note that it is inexact. It cannot be used for precise way-finding or address specific safety concerns without significantly increased time and exposure; Such investigatory measures can detect precise depth/height, hidden/concealed doors, gain Advantage on checks (or perhaps acquire one if none is allowed) to resist related dangers moving through an area (though such benefits only benefit the character themselves),
By default, the use of this sense requires 3 rounds of uninterrupted Concentration. The rough numbers can be improved if the character has deep locale familiarity and/or gain Advantage if the character uses a 3 full minutes of Concentration (as an Investigate activity).

A single Result Check to assess Success or Failure AND quality which may be impacted by conditions which indicate a Lack of Capability (Unfamiliar, Unproficient, etc.). The GM can { } Narrate it, and players may request an appropriate impact when anything other than a basic outcome is indicated.
