d20 Skill/Tool -> i20 Feature Map
These materials represent the Incarna i20™ approach based on ©D20 system & d20 use.
This page is the {developer} reference for d20 Skill/Tool -> i20 Feature Map. This are mappings between D20 skills and Incarna skills that reference the same sort of thing. This does not mean characters in an Incarna skill system would automatically get a D20 skill, or the reverse. Its just a map of where key ideas overlap and what work might be needed.
STATUS: Currently Unlinked/broken links/incomplete materials
Feature page updated – i20 and iCore share the same CP costs again!
Frame of Reference: All Skills are bound by the character's Setting (physics), and the details that their culture/society's Science (gathered by Technology), direct experience, and/or collective Records are capable of revealing. A character may not be able to apply their full measure on a different world, with different species and tools.
PHASE 1: d20/DnD™ 5.x Skills
CURRENT GOAL(s): Simply review and report back if you have any additions, revisions, or removals from the following list:
Incarna skills USUALLY have 2 attributes that impact them. If you dont want skills, and want to spend all your Character Points (CP) on making checks… that great. You always get your attribute, without skill it might just be a higher difficulty. When it comes time for high danger, specific skill focus checks.. you probably aint gonna be doing it or you will probably not live. In the words of Self Help Singh… “This is life”.
