Race/Species is a Essential Aspect that determines some unique capabilities through physiology and culture of a character. Which are available for players are dependent on Setting. Characters may have a variety of Senses to process through their Perception depending on their Race/Species.
A race/species is NOT a culture or society by default. A species may have a homogeneous cultural, societal, social and economic experience that fits perfectly with and reflects their habitat. Many have evolved and developed physical characteristics that match a typical habitat in a particular locale. Subspecies may exist independently, but typically inherit their source characteristics and refine or offset to match a new habitat and/or locale. Most of the changes though are less physiological and more cultural or societal.
Creatures of Higher Order, greater power, and/or Stature/Size can develop a (through Meditation with other capabilities) the ability to scale the Dimensional Facets of Mystic Formulae to match their scale.
