They are an loose (still holding true to the Freelander Way principles) order of Magi (Priests) with no allegiance to anyone but themselves and the preservation of their knowledge and practices serving to govern a large area of the Chainland Confederacy.

The Fellowship of the Yellow Chain leverages the triggers of Actuated Awareness to have a way of using Vigilite to detect and find others with similar aptitude.
