The Spark Legion of Donnerblock
The Spark Legion of the Kingdom of Donnerblock were a heavy type infantry, armed with the alpius – a heavy, thick, metallic short spear with a hook and short blade at the tip. They channeled electricity through it somehow – many have joked using static from their beard. The secret of this elite dwarven force of the Kingdom of Donnerblock was a well kept secret when they were alive, it remains so in their destruction and kingdom’s downfall by the Lich Lords. They grew their beards to the most robust they could – a requirement for all in the legion.
The first Spark Legion assaulted Dragon’s Promise in CY 954.They were annihilated by the Dragon of Rhyl after a short siege that broke the tower. Only a dozen or so survived.
