The ruins of the Villa Marston (ruins of Hotherwale Hamlet) is part of Hotherwale Hamlet (village and settlements) area of Creedsons Refuge within the Barony of Crestwold.
The runs of the ancient villa include a stable, an orchard and fields, a barracks, and an old fortified tower. It is a stopover for travelers and merchants not wanting to pay fees in the village. As such, it is also frequented by bandits and highwaymen along the road leading to Torrelson’s Ford. It is about 7 acres total, between the tower and the edge of Creedson’s Lake.

The Gallantine Order has taken possession of this land as protectors and allowed to build a keep around the villa.
