Creedson’s Ridge: This is a ridgeline that runs along the length of the Murchart river as it flows west. It mostly keeps the river from spilling into the Navin flood Plain, but heavy rains can cause the river to overflow its banks in the fall and winter.
This is a muddy flood plain with rich soil. There are a few stands of wild orchards and berries here.
This is just a shallow and easy fording point on the road for the Carrelish Creek, right before the creek spreads out into the Carrelish Tributary – a reed filled wetlands on the edge of the lake.
Reeds and cattails. Fertile fish and bird breeding grounds.
This is a crossroads at the eastern edge of the area with sign markers and a raised and leveled area for a campsite. It is maintained by Hotherwale Village volunteers to facilitate trade and travel. Roads go east, west, and north.
This lake is a shallow (no more than 10m deep) that is about 7km wide and 6km across to Haridsens Vale on the southern boundary, which is part of the barony but inhabited mostly by halflings and some half elves. Every year, the halflings roll several barrels of their whiskey into the lake and the locals race to pick them up. There are playful water fights and a bit of a festival in the summer when this happens (as the water is warmest then).
The Gallantine Order has taken possession of some of this land as protectors. This was brokered by House Malor, Feather, and cemented with the planned marriage of Ulrich and the Marshal family that owns the Marshal Ferry Crossing consented by the Baron of Crestwold.
