This ring was made and worn by the creature known as Shannustul.
Was used by Spin of The Gallants. Currently in 9164 the hyrid horde of Richfield sold it to the sky elves for assistance in warning, growing, and moving a lot of boulders from a glacier valley in order to plant. The horde assisted in water finding for them, and provide a safe haven if one of their own is lost or wounded. Mutual pact against the sky giants.

Common Effects: +1 CHA, +2 SAN while worn

Bound Effects: [REQ] The ring will decrease the essence of the wearer by 1 to great is its power.
The wearer must make a resistance check against a CHA of 6. If they fail, they will be repulsed by the ring forever and lose 1 SAN for 24 hours.

  • If CHA > 6, then all summonings get +1 chance of success.
  • Overconfident (trait; severe compulsion)
  • Covetousness (Severe; those seeing it must make a SAN check or want to possess it to the point of violence).
  • Grants a skill level 1 in all languages (even those not known of)
  • Bonus CHA in all energies (synergy, chi, focus, mana)
  • Has 2 charges left of automatic demon binding (up to 3rd rank); when last charge is gone, ring becomes powerless + used as a binding object, taking on the properties of a greater apprentice ring.
  • Mask Presence: 10 mana and the presence of the ring and wearer are masked from detection by any sensing skill or power for 1 hour.

Was used by Spin of The Gallants in 9162, after the Gallants were transported out of a battle between sky-elves and giants by the great Magus Anwin of a parallel word than theirs. He was going to provide them with a chance to find a way out of the situation and they would kill the Anwin of their world in return. The gallants believed there would be a concentrating of essence… regardless they agreed. They were transported to the Dream Tower of Shannustul and he was caught unawares. They managed to abscond with in after a brief battle.
