Because of the long and rich history of the Steel Realms, the Guild of Solars and World Watchers have recorded global stipulations for all areas to be designated and treated as if they were historically significant. Any area designated as “Historically Significant” generally means its being preserved for posterity and/or exploration. No exploration or “adventuring” can be done without the the proper permission, and following the normal Historical Exploration Guidelines. This is often ignored.
