It is slightly different and outside of what is normally taught in the canonical Records of the Church of Light. The styles are unique and structures a bit alien. And some of the information contradicts canonical records.
A book that offers a behind the scenes glimpse of the efforts of the faith of the Lightbringers in the early days. It is mostly mundane. Council notes, voting records, roll calls, organization charters, etc.
