Shemley the Ice-Born is a dead
Witch-Seers of Volgadas. She operated in the northlands, before the Lich Lords conquered Dundaria and then in Rhyl. She was said to have helped in the creation of The Blue Wall in the north, and collected a few important artifacts of fallen Dundaria to use against the Lich Lords and prevent them from taking Kaald – what was western Dundaria. She helped to create the group of
Vhym’s Valiant Visions.
