Alcove of Echoes
All messages sent using the Echoing Message from World Watchers end up in the Alcove of Echoes inside the Library of Gaoliath. It is constantly staffed by bardic scribes, usually elders of the order who know many languages. They translate and scribe the messages sent, delivering them to the office of the Master of Messages. This is a collection of the most erudite of the senior order members of the Heroes Hall, and they decide what to do – often as a group.
It is said that the sound “Alcove” is the last remains of an ancient Ducateon Rhenclave that has no known history or background.
