The City of Mastor is a lonely city. Once it stood along a trade route to the Ducateon realms, and on the shores of a Lake Cay (perhaps the clearest lake in all the Steel Realms) which itself bordered on the elven realm of Ynth and multi-racial trade made it rich. With the gradual decline and retreat of the other races, the city has become run-down and worn thin. Nobles have left and taken their fortune with them to more prosperous regions, freeing up the land for claims by locales.
Still a small trade hub, it has become more of a refuge point for sprawling farmlands of subsistence farming. The city has a market area the bustles all year round, but huge portions of the city are abandoned and fallen into disrepair.
Businesses and representatives of the Bank of the Silver Stacks are allowed in some places here.
