Hansel the Highwayman is a gentleman in his mid-thirties. He has several scars all over him. Had a career in East River run as a bandit. Eventually leading a band of a dozen men. They avoided murdering anyone and merely stuck to robbing them. He was eventually captured and the rest of his band was executed, but he was spared and went to work as an agent of East River run in Cerrans Grant. After 10 years he worked himself free and began work for Tolmans Guides trading company. He had a partner named Christian Bell when they both left and made their way to the Barony of Crestwold. He is typically unarmed (except a dagger like most people), but always has a backup around in the city. He is part of the NPCs in Groups and Individuals of Note in the current Pin Feather Branch of Dunstrand Rising living world campaign.

Actual Motive(s): Apparent + Isolate and recognized allies or the PCs trying to get to Pranin Moorswood or cross the Marshal Ferry.
He has been charged with harassing anyone that comes these ways to give the Gallants and Briarwood a bad name. Any of the party he is allowed to kill as long as he buries their remains so people cannot find them.
