Shared Bond (of Authority)

A Shared Bond is a relationship between two or more characters or entities who agree to support their shared drive and vision together. The level of Harmony (based on a Code of Conduct) and experience in the relationship is what brings them together to share power, knowledge and resources. The larger the circle of support is within the bond, the greater measure of support its members can get.
