There are many who represent powers and interests on the side of the Grand Duchy of Dunstrand within the NPC’s Related to the Gwinnish Peace Process (see Peace with Imperial Gwinn).
Sir Gerald Holmraf, chief herald of His Lord and Majesty, Hairam Laertan-Wellcis Caimphol, King of Gladnor, and High King of the Realms.
Sir Gerald Holmraf, of the Order of the Black Gorgon: He is an ex-bodyguard and now chief herald of the High King. He speaks with his voice. He is in his 60’s now, but still in good health. He has seen countless battles and traveled far and wide. He is known for his ability to see all sides of a situation, and to not make hasty decisions – even under the most intense of pressure.
Sister Agatha of the Sisterhood of Dohar Jaideen: Part of the Peace Process as observers and truth-sayers. They will veryify all sworn oaths and pledges. Representing the civilian interests of the realm.
General Sir Wistram Omely (Protector of the Noble East): Representing the military interests of the High King and King of Gladnor. He is a member of the Order of the Red Hart.
The aged Sir Aemond Forthright II, Duke of the Grand Duchy of Dunstrand, through the senior Herald Aila Vii; the Duke is part of the peace process because it is between him and Gwinn.
Lady Aila Vii of Netttlemist is old guard ally to the duke and his family. County Faer, where the barony of Nettlemist is located is the center of the Duke’s support. She is 47, well spoken, fluent in the ways of court and like all heralds, knows the history of the duchy well. She has been making her way up the ranks steadily and is known to be a protoge of Tanner Holmraf – one of the ducal heralds who accomplished the most in the last generation. Though they never worked directly, she is well known to seek his advice out and makes sound decisions.
Cycile Aelishan, through her herald Cal Warington; Cy is part of the peace process because it is being hosted in her fief of Bar-Innis.
Lord Cal Warington of Bergen is an old knight of the Lowland League. When he was 42, he suffered a riding accident and offered his services to the young Earl of Bar-Innis as she came of age. They are friends often, aside from their notoriously loud arguments between them that only he could get away with. He was a later addition to the list of father-figures Cy had because of her older brother’s violence in the civil war of Bar-Innis that stood her up in power when he was killed by The Gallants.
