Deadly Precision

Deadly Precision is a Combat Expression feature that facilitates such things as sneak attacks, back-stab, ambush, and assassination. This type of strike targets vital areas – joints, organs, etc. – of living creatures with increased damage. If the attacker has no familiarity with a target’s physiology or form, it cannot be used unless it can be extrapolated (ex: a humanoid form or an attacker used to dealing with humans). It CANNOT be used against Undead versions of any living creature. On creatures that its damage bonus cannot target, they may exercise Accurate Precision instead.

  • An attacker using Deadly Precision that cannot gain the damage bonus (such as against an undead target) can still use their knowledge to strike true. For each damage allotment they would normally get, they may apply as an attack bonus instead.
