Fallen Synedcia (The Many Cultured Lands)
The Empire of Synedcia was once a thriving place where cultures and all races met and knowledge thrived. It was blasted into oblivion by Sun Stealer and the dark gods, unleashing Bale Fire and a horde of demons on it. The great cataclysm of CY 5000 – The Sundering – was brought about to stop its spread. Ducateon learned to process Beryllide in the old Empire of Synedcia. The weapons create long lasting wounds. Synedcia conquered the surrounding lands with it. When Sun Stealer unleashed the Bale Fire, demons were resistant and overcame this edge they believed they had. Many weapons were lost in the dust of the south. Inhabitants of the southern wastes developed resistance over time, but were sickly for thousands of years.
Some of the wizards dwelling in Vale Evander send expeditions into The Southlands with their apprentices looking for Osrician Wood.
