Pronounced “Eye-yay-fona ree” is a true not a true Divine Principals but the remnants of an ancient being tied to the void. It manifests as a flashing star (The Winking Eye) in the Efyori Gas Cloud, sending its thoughts out to Helca, gathering minions and adherents. Its last major attempt to control the power of awakened Helca was the binding, summoning, and attack of the Lich Ring

Goals and Motivations: It seems to be to cause chaos and instability. All records do not indicate any coherent line of direction, and perhaps the being is mad and operates only on whim.
