Rite of Perennial Petitioning

As part of a annual cycle or at the start of a great quest for their faith, the Character may Petition for a small one time boost of power in recognition of another cycle’s service. Ending or abandoning the quest removes the benefits. They set aside a day (a full time cycle) sacred to the Principal for an appropriate form of worship (typically a prescribed annual Rite that’s part of the Tenets) to accomplish an Act of Petitioning. Rest and/or sleep will likely be needed afterwards.

Common Requirements: All Rites the Character performs or participates in must adhere/conform to the Tenets of the faith that it is directed at. Divine Aptitude 2+ or Conviction 4+.
