The horse is symbolic of travel, movement, and progress. A means of moving more assuredly on four legs than just two. The brain of humanoids and the stability of the horse. Klaurians are the chosen of Epona, the best humanoids can do is to become one in mind with the divine beast, if not body.

Losing The Way

Leaving the clans is a hard thing, but sometimes necessary. Some are exiled, some seek adventure, others are a victim of circumstance. Perhaps it is just the path the Great Mother needs them to walk for some greater purpose. Regardless, a clanfolk may leave the clan but keep its ways and belief in walking the great mother’s path. They are said to have “lost the way” (of the clans). If it is a choice they feel compelled to by vision or sign, they will be given the Ceremony of Seeking.

Ceremony of Seeking

Go with the good will of the clan. Seek their own way, but leave upon the way of the clans to a new road. They must tame a wild horse before they leave in order to get the ceremony benefit.
