Culute (Abbot’s fief)
Named for the monastery of Colute and the town of Colute that sits outside of it. It is an ancient Abbey of Ikribu. The Lightbringers still staff it, mostly with people from Umbak.
Rulership: The Abbot of Culute has no real power in the area, but as long as there is no tension caused, the Abbot has the first word in the application of law in the area. Secondary to this is the Sheriff if Culute. The Mayor of Culute has administrative control over the town.
