The Poxion are the 3 spirits of disease, pulled from the mother Aerna’s breast and flung at the enemies who would destroy her sacred city of Omelas in the Fallen East. After visiting her onus upon the attackers she was unable to contain them and thus she lost part of her essence and her ability to directly counter such afflictions of the human body.
