Blood Scrolls of the Winter Host
Blood Scrolls are scrolls (typical of
Books, Scroll, and Maps) made by the Lich Lords minions using the blood of those they tortured to death. It enhances the potency of undead casters. Living characters attempting to use them have reduced potency and must make a Sanity check to complete the casting. Any summon scrolls used in this manner will automatically succeed, but bring forth an entity which is entirely too difficult to control.
