DC 15 Strength/Athletics for 2d6/7 or half = anyone helping to launch on the outside.
DC 10 Dexterity/Acrobatics for D6/3 on the deck or in hull. In crow nest = launched out!
There are shouts in every direction and the naval horn blows a long warning, emptying the barracks as the ducal and baronial troops come with crossbow. Nothing sinks in the harbor, but a lot of minor damage is done… and you are clearly the cause.
