The Sea Stone of Dogartan was a relic of the Lightbringers which was used to bring life back to the salted lands. It collected and concentrated the salt into the Brine Moors – what would become Calahans Slurry in the barony of Crestwold of the Duchy of Dunstrand.
The necromancer Arkkan attacked the shrine for a fortnight, sending wave after wave of his walking dead to try and wrench the Sea Stone of Dogartan from the clutches of the Lightbringers. What he sought it for specifically, was never known. The Patrician Knights of Aerna died to a man defending the shrine, and the priestesses of Aerna destroyed the Sea Stone before it fell into the hands of the necromancer (who vanished into history, to be forgotten).
Shrine of Dogartan – the source of the cleansing of Yarans Vale by the priesthood of Aerna. Their focus was the recovery from the salting done by the Sea Kings as they left Dunstrand vale. It housed the reliquary for the Sea Stone of Dogartan. This was part of the Redoubt Daywatch d’Relain, also home to a garrison of the Patrician Knights of Aerna.
