Tizre’al, Lord of Flies
Tizre’al is often identified as a demon, the entity Tizre’al is a Great Spirit that is most often depicted associated with
Mog Creoch – though The Great Wurm lacks the real intelligence or capacity to have any loyal servitors or complex relationships. It draws its power directly from the endless hunger of
Mog Creoch. In return, it brings death and decay, writhing mounds of maggots and skies full of flies. Swarms of locusts, pestilence and famine are its ultimate manifestations of power. Tizre’al often calls demons in order to interact with the physical world – usually a Rankitaal from the Screaming Skies, shattering their souls and inhabiting them. Creatures possessed by the power of Tizre’al will have flies as the pupil of their eyes, reflecting the nature of the possessor.
Venerated by the Nurth: Nurth are the sacred ‘people’ to this foul entity. They have venerated him above all others consistently and strongly. His clergy are known as the Grub Masters… Part of the Shadren faith.
